Fireflies

At this time of year the fireflies are out in numbers. GENERALLY the fireflies are quite benign... However there may be an arsonist or two in the bunch.

They have torched the fairy door at the top of Jefferson Market. Luckily it is a brick building and no other damage incurred. A police report has been filed with the Ann Arbor Police Department.

Urban Fairy Stuff Happening

Books are Selling, Fairies multiplying...

I am really pleased that the books are selling and I have been getting a lot of positive feedback from those who have read it.
Even our dog is getting in on it:


I've also noticed a proliferation of fairy doors popping up in town and out.

WILDLIFE other than urban fairies

I met a bundle of "toddler" raccoons sans mother, while I was Downtown on Friday. So I gathered them up in a box and relocated them to a less trafficy area. Most people don't realize that the raccoons use the sewer system as their personal subway.
